Website Digital Product Policy

You agree to ensure payment for any guides or eBooks you may purchase from us and you acknowledge and affirm that process are subject to change. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information you provide to us. We also may request additional information from you prior to confirming a sale and we reserve the right to place any addition restrictions on the sale of any of our products. You agree to ensure payment for any items you may purchase from us and you acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. You agree to monitor your method of payment.

Program Subscription Policy

You have the ability to enter into a subscription contract to enroll in a program. You will be billed monthly until you complete your subscription contract. You agree to ensure your monthly subscription payment and agree to monitor your method of payment. We reserve the right to reject or cancel a subscription for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information you provide to us. If your subscription is cancelled prior to completing your subscription contract you waive the right to access the program and will not receive a refund for previous subscription payments. Failure to complete a subscription contract will result in revoked access to the program and Serial Healer services. Members are allowed to cancel their subscription at will with the knowledge that program access will be revoked.

Refunds​

All digital products are non-refundable. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase prior to submitting your order. Refunds are non-refundable for all program tuition fees and subscriptions unless otherwise stated by Serial Healers. Failure to adhere to program schedules, contents or coaching will not result in a refund.
